职位描述
Major Accountabilities 主要职责 Taking overall responsibility of the following areas 主要担负以下职责: Proceed and optimize fix asset whole life management program. Implement capital projects with target of construction management and cost / quality / schedule control, handle the PSSR and Check & Receive process. Managing project acceptance and hand over program. Collect the project documentation and drawings and deliver to operation. Develop the program for cost reduction / energy saving, especially in electrical & steam saving. Communicate with global project team and coordinate plant project team and activities. Provide leadership in department EHS activities, support mechanical and electrical safety program execution. Provide training the plant engineer. Study process opportunity for OAU improvement. Escalate Mechanical Integration program. Provide support on Maintenance and Utilities management. Focus on the personnel qualification and authorization program.
